You’ll find him behind the counter often hand-carving choice cuts of beef, thinly slicing delicious deli meats, combining the perfect ingredients for succulent sausages, or crafting a mouthwatering tornado (medallions of beef, pork or chicken with bacon carefully wrapped around).
