Using just four simple ingredients flour, water, yeast, and salt to bake over 5 nutritious and complex flavored yeasted and specialty bread. Our handcrafted, additive-free breads are made with the best quality ingredients which are organic and locally sourced.
Using the same traditional methods as with our bread, we make a delicious range of French patisserie, pies, cookies, pretzels, and rolls all handmade on the premises.
