Surprisingly it’s not easy to purchase choice cuts of fish in Grenada. Most of the sushi-grade and quality fish are quickly packed in a crate and shipped off-island for export. If you have the opportunity to wave down a fisherman and get fresh fish from a boat, that’s the first place to start.
